5-Bruder a worker at a hotel in 1906 believed sharks were harmless to humans.
-when Bruder was swimming he was 1200 feet from shore
-Shark's eyes have a heightened ability to distinguish an object from contrasting background.
-No sharks in history like the white shark are known to travel so far to locate and consume human flesh.
